Vendor Fair

In addition to our sponsors, we would like to welcome iModules, Nelnet, and TouchNet as exhibitors in our Vendor Fair. Stop by the Fair in the PSU Ballroom East to meet with our vendors, explore new solutions, and maybe sign up for a giveaway or two!

Exhibit Requirements and Information

The Vendor Fair will be held in the PSU Ballroom East from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm both days of the conference. There will be a 6′ rectangle table and two chairs provided for each vendor exhibit. The room will be open at 7:00 am on November 17 for exhibit setup.

To register an exhibit, please email MOKABUG@MissouriState.edu and register as an attendee. If you would like to submit “swag” materials (pens, notepads, mugs, etc) to include in conference bags, please include this information in your email message. We are expecting 300 attendees and would like to receive all “swag” items by Thursday, November 10, 2010, if possible.

Exhibits should be received by Wednesday, November 16; all materials will be stored overnight.

After the conference concludes, exhibits to be shipped back via FedEx or UPS may be packaged and left in the PSU Ballroom West. Conference staff will ensure that exhibits are delivered to the Bookstore for pickup by FedEx or UPS. Vendors are responsible for providing return shipping labels.
